Recipe: Cabbage Soup Ingredients - 6 onions large;  - 2 peppers green;  - 1-2 cans of tomatoes (diced or whole)  - 3 Carrots;  - 150 g mushrooms;  - 1 bunch of celery (leaves)  - 1/2 cabbage,  - 1 sachet instant soup vegetables  - To taste add: salt, pepper, parsley, curry (spice mix consisting of: ginger, garlic, onion, coriander, cardamom, cumin, cinnamon, turmeric, chilli, fennel, cloves, salt, mustard seeds, etc..)

Method - Chop onions and boil, instant soup with tea bag; - peppers are seeded, cut into cubes and add to a boil; - Clean the cabbage, cut noodles and boil with onions and peppers; - Like the carrots; - Like mushrooms; - If you want your soup to be more spicy you can add more pepper and / or curry; - Cover the vegetables with water; use about 10 cups water - Cover the pot and let simmer on low heat for 20-30 minutes - celery leaves are finely chopped and added to the soup, then never let boil 5 minutes; - Finally taste, add salt, pepper and parsley Muscles
